Job Description Marketing Plan & Brand allocation: Scan external and internal environment, draft marketing plan for allocated brands, build KOL, in order to achieve the market share, sales targets and profits for allocated products. Brand Promotions: Design and pretest promotional tools, sell and educate promotional strategy to field force, monitor and review promotions in order to drive market share and sales in the allocated brands. Training Support for field support: Analyse training needs, liaise with medical & training team, design and conduct training programs in order to upgrade field skills in both product knowledge and sales skills. Production & distribution MIS: Liaise with Production and Distribution, respond to queries of field staff and medical practitioner, prepare, and submit monthly reports in order to provide timely accurate information. Market analysis & Gap Analyse: Market research data, identify gaps in product portfolio, draft and present proposal for new product launch, execute launch plan in order to launch new products to increase market share. Managing local requirement of Business Manager: Identify and analyse local requirements, liaise with Sales Managers and HO and develop local marketing strategies, align with national plan, assist execution of the strategies in order to meet local marketing needs. Report preparation: Document and submit reports and learning on all marketing activities. Cost optimization initiatives: Liaise with packing and production departments to explore opportunities and avenues to reduce cost of goods in order to improve profit contribution. NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS Identification of new markets based on ease of entry and regulatory framework and market potential. Identify new products for the market based on export data analysis and market surveys. Identification of local partners for business, based on their financial strength, local govt contacts and distribution set up. Market survey to identify right products at right prices. Facilitating agreement between the company and the new customers. Follow-up for registration of products in the new markets. Securing business from the new markets after registration and follow up for payments. MANAGING EXISTING BUSINESS Timely procurement of orders from the existing customers. Follow-up for advance payments/ LC before production. Follow-up for production with PPIC. Follow-up for any post shipment payment. PERFORMANCE AND TREND ANALYSIS Trend analysis of new and existing markets. Act as country guardian for the assigned market. Liaison with country managers for orders, secondary sales and payments.
