Job Description

Experience: Previous professional driving experience is required.
Customer Handling: Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to interact professionally and courteously with all clients.
Local Knowledge: Must have an excellent working knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns in the Trivandrum area.
Language Skills: English language proficiency is strongly preferred for clear communication with dispatch and clients.
Documentation: A current and clear Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is mandatory prior to employment.
Availability: Must be reliable and available to respond quickly to on-call assignments, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Safety & Professionalism: Must maintain a high standard of safe driving and overall professional conduct at all times.
