Cab Driver

1. Position Overview

We are hiring a reliable, experienced Personal Driver to safely transport a private use in and around Kanpur. The candidate must drive an automatic vehicle and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, punctuality, and discretion.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a personal automatic car for daily commutes, private use.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness (inside & out) and ensure timely servicing
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safe driving practices in Kanpur
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure punctuality
• Handle minor vehicle maintenance (checking fuel, tire pressure, basic troubleshooting)
• Occasionally assist with loading/unloading luggage or shopping
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with the family’s security standards

3. Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10 years driving, especially with automatic cars
• License: Valid automatic-transmission driving license
• Personal: Married, with stable family background
• Physical: Height of at least 5’9″ preferred (for professional appearance)
• Record: Clean driving history—no major accidents or serious violations

4. Skills & Traits

• Excellent knowledge of Kanpur roads and reliable navigation skills
• Punctual, dependable, and patient motorist
• Courteous, respectful, with good communication ability
• Discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable to schedule changes
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor

5. Work Schedule & Compensation

• Working hours: Daily, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (schedule may vary)
• Salary: ₹14,000 – 15,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

6. Additional Preference

• Local candidate from Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) India preferred for quick responsiveness, better understanding of local roads, and faster onboarding
