AACT & Co. is a premium Chartered Accountant firm offering services in accounting, taxation, audits, outsourcing, and business advisory. We are expanding our operations and looking for a capable team member to support and coordinate our workflow.

Job Description:

We are seeking a CA Inter-qualified candidate or someone who has completed Articleship to take up a coordinating and monitoring role in our practice. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the professional team across assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor ongoing client assignments and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in accounting, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.
• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and follow-up schedules.
• Support in audits, GST filings, TDS work, and financial analysis as required.
• Handle basic accounting tasks and reconciliation when needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• CA Inter OR Articleship Completed (mandatory).
• Good understanding of accounting, GST, TDS, and basic compliances.
• Knowledge of Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
