Job Description

Role: Workload Automation Specialist

Location: Mumbai/Pan India

Exp Range: 6-8yrs

Must Have:

Platform Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize the CA AutomicWorkload Automation platform to meet business needs.

Workflow Automation: Design, implement, and manage automated workflows and job schedules across multiple systems and applications.

Integration: Develop integrations between CA Automic and other enterprise systems using APIs, connectors, and scripting.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor job execution, identify issues, and resolve errors to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on CA Automicplatform enhancements and industry best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
