This is an on-site role (Kolkata - Salt Lake Sector V) of Internship at Omnifin. Your day-to-day tasks will involve performing business valuations, utilizing analytical skills and financial modeling techniques. You will be responsible for conducting valuations and assisting in finance-related functions. This role requires a strong understanding of valuation principles and finance.

As part of the long-term internship, we also assign engagements around content creation on finance related programs, creating business proposals, pitch decks, as part of Investment banking and Business Development process. Also, there may be engagements around Internal Audit and Stat Audit with our partner firms.

Skills & Qualifications we're looking for

• Business Valuation and Finance skills
• Analytical Skills
• Financial Modelling (basic to intermediate)
• Understanding of Ind AS / Indian GAAP, Corporate Laws and Taxation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
