The Operations Manager will ensure that all departments function efficiently and that every event runs smoothly from planning to execution. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the event center, including event setup, logistics, vendor coordination, and guest services. Lead and manage cross-functional teams including housekeeping, catering, technical support, and front office staff. Ensure all events are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure readiness for events. Coordinate with clients and event planners to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a high-performing team. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
