About Us We are a fast-growing startup specializing in advanced carbon fiber manufacturing for next-generation applications. Our goal is to innovate in composites, creating materials that are stronger, lighter, and more efficient. Role Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic and curious R&D Intern preferably from ITI or a technician to join our team. You don’t need to be an expert — we’ll teach you the technical skills. All we need is someone who’s ready to learn, contribute ideas, and support our research and development process. Key Responsibilities • Assist in material testing, experiments, and sample preparation. • Help with prototype development and process trials. • Maintain detailed notes, records, and observations during experiments. • Research new materials, technologies, and industry trends. • Support day-to-day R&D activities in the lab/workshop. • Collaborate with the founder and team on ongoing projects. What We’re Looking For • Student or recent graduate in Engineering, Science, or any related field (Materials Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer preferred but not mandatory). • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn. • Good observation and documentation skills. • Comfort working with hands-on experiments and tools. • Ability to work in a small, fast-paced startup environment.
