What You'll Do: Drive B2B sales of our cutting-edge SaaS products (RocketFlow, RocketBiz, RocketBuy, RocketFleet) through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social channels. Engage with C-suite executives, business heads, and IT leaders to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can revolutionize their operations. Qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls for the senior sales team, and manage the sales development pipeline. Achieve and exceed monthly qualified lead, demo, and conversion quotas. Continuously refine your sales approach, leverage our sales development platform, and maintain meticulous CRM records. What We're Looking For: 1-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales (Inside Sales preferred). A self-starter with a strong urge to learn, innovate, and contribute in a startup environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly. Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management. Genuine customer empathy and a results-oriented mindset. Immediate joiners preferred (notice period not more than 30 days). About The Role The India Business Development Lead holds a pivotal position in glocalizing Applied Intuition's advanced technology for the Indian market and driving the achievement of growth-oriented regional business targets. This role demands a profound technical understanding of the Indian ecosystem, coupled with astute business acumen. As an inaugural member of our Bangalore office, you will be instrumental in ensuring the comprehensive success of both our operations and local presence. Reporting to the Head of Automotive Vertical, this role carries direct responsibility for revenue targets established by the Global Head of Sales. At Applied Intuition, you will: Be responsible for the sourcing-to-closing commercial motions for Indian customers across automotive (passenger and trucking), construction & mining, and defense. Maintain a revenue strategy across Indian accounts and execute a thorough business plan, including planning for both immediate and future business growth in the region. Maintain strong connections within OEMs and be able to sell into engineering & development teams directly. Iterate with the customer on technical scope and business model, and guide the proposal through approvals. Be required to have a deep technical understanding of the Indian market's next-gen mobility technology, such as SDV platforms and ADAS/AV, along with the customers' business goals . Work with Applied Intuition's Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams to develop new proof-of-concepts, detailed proposals including Statements of Work (SOW) that define scope, deliverables, and commercial terms. Facilitate customer discovery sessions effectively to qualify and deeply understand technical requirements. Host customer workshops and organize tailored demonstrations to explain Applied Intuition's solutions to customers. We're looking for someone who has: 10+ years of prior experience in technical sales, consulting, business development or solution engineering in directly relevant or adjacent domains to Applied Intuition Proven to be a top performer - you have consistently exceeded targets Demonstrated experience creating opportunities within large strategic accounts and lengthy sales cycles Demonstrated experience selling complex business applications/technology solutions at the C-Suite level Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and project management experience to execute complex projects Experience directly working with or selling automotive technologies and simulation tools or prior work in vehicle development, EE architecture, embedded or AD/ADAS software domains Nice to have: Familiarity with modern vehicle software development practices and the ability to speak about the topic for an hour without a technical resource in the room Experience working on a product at early stage startups from (up to Series D)
