C++ Developer with Payments Domain

As a C++ Developer at FIS, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software enhancements and new products. Your interactions with product managers and users will help define system requirements and necessary modifications. You will also participate in software design meetings, analyze user needs, and write technical specifications based on conceptual design and business requirements. In this role, you will write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies. Additionally, you will be required to complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance, as well as train and communicate with internal Client Training, Client Relationship, and Sales teams on systems application. The ideal candidate should have experience working on large projects using C/C++ as the primary language. Experience in Kubernetes, AWS/Azure is also desirable. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for this role. It would be advantageous to have knowledge of FIS products and services, the financial services industry, and end-to-end systems development life cycles. Familiarity with standards relevant to the software industry, such as ISO, CMM, and Six Sigma, is a plus.
