Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices. Document software designs and code as needed. Mandatory Skills: Strong proficiency in C++ (preferably C++11 or later). Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. Experience in software development lifecycle and tools (e.g., version control, debugging, profiling). Good to Have: Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Exposure to multi-threaded programming and performance tuning. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
