Duties & Responsibilities: • Be available and work between 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time (-5:00UTC - Toronto) • Maintain purchasing process, using Autotask to record quotes, manage approval tracking, purchases, shipment tracking and inventory management. • Maintain purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings and ensure timely delivery of supplies. • Assist with lead times, RMA process, and warranty tracking • Create and manage standardized purchasing templates and inventory records • Understanding of core IT products (laptops, switches, firewalls, licenses, peripherals, etc.).
