As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and commissioning electrical systems and Siemens PLCs for a variety of industrial projects. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical installations and instrumentation setups for industrial systems. Configure, test, and commission Siemens PLCs and related automation equipment. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines. Diagnose and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical reports and system configurations. Stay current on industry standards and advancements in Siemens PLC technology. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Proven experience in electrical installation, instrumentation, and Siemens PLC commissioning. Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control systems. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Assist Chinese project managers in communicating with Indian teams, clients, and stakeholders. Facilitate cross-cultural understanding and help bridge communication gaps between teams. Support project coordination by conveying instructions, feedback, and key decisions clearly. Travel extensively to project sites across India as required. Preferred candidate profile Indian origin, fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written). Relevant experience: 2-7 years Prior experience as an interpreter in a technical, engineering, or construction environment is preferred. Strong understanding of industry-specific terminology in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle high-pressure situations. Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different work environments. Familiarity with Chinese and Indian business cultures is a plus.
