Job Description : We are hiring Diploma Nursing professionals to provide compassionate home-based Healthcare services, and ensure comfort and safety at home. Ideal candidates should be caring, responsible, and patient-focused Key Responsibilities : Daily Support & Health Monitoring. Medication, wound dressing, post-surgery & elderly care. Administer oral medications and assist in IV / injection under supervision. Monitor and record vital signs, assist with hygiene & mobility, maintain patient records. Follow the care plan prescribed by Doctors and Senior Nurses. Educate family on care & safety, ensure clean & safe environment.
