As an Executive Merchandiser at Reegals Sourcing India Pvt. Ltd., you will be an integral part of our growing team. Your role will involve managing hardgoods export orders from sample development to final dispatch, ensuring high quality, timely communication, and cost efficiency throughout the process. You will act as the primary liaison between international buyers and Indian manufacturers, coordinating sample development, collecting approvals, and providing product feedback. Additionally, you will handle vendor sourcing, price negotiations, production planning, monitoring order status, maintaining Time and Action calendars, and ensuring on-time delivery. Collaboration with our in-house inspection team for quality control, managing export documentation, and assisting in developing new product collections will also be key responsibilities. Your proficiency in hardgoods materials, experience with international buyers, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication will be valuable assets in this role. Your ability to handle pressure, manage multiple orders simultaneously, and ensure compliance with export documentation standards will contribute to the success of our sourcing operations.
