Role & responsibilities To deliver a premium, immersive and personalized Home Test Ride experience of Premium EV, Indias most advanced electric vehicle, blending lifestyle, innovation, and hospitality through a mobile showroom setup. This is a 6-week contract-based role, perfect for individuals who thrive on face-to-face brand storytelling and high-involvement engagement. Ho me Test Ride Activity Co ordinate test ride bookings from leads generated via social ads, WhatsApp, and email campaigns. Curate test ride routes that highlight key features of the vehicle. Review customer profiles in advance and plan demo accordingly. Set up mobile showroom with AR/VR tools, product assets, and lounge seating etc before arrival of customers. Welcome customers with branded kits and refreshments in a mini-lounge setup. Conduct engaging vehicle walkarounds and demo rides with real-time telemetry. Deliver feature brief using physical product aids and tablets before the ride begins. Collect customer feedback , capture remarks, and address queries . Recommend next steps (booking assistance, financing options, second test rides if needed, full payment collection). Offer consultations on financing. Ensure warm follow-ups via WhatsApp/email. Tag customer journeys for retargeting campaigns and gather feedback. Work with the marketing team to identify premium gated societies, tech parks, or malls for showcasing the mobile showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize event themes, formats, and experiences aligned with client/brand objectives. Develop detailed event proposals, presentations, and budgets. Present event concepts and plans to clients with clarity and creativity.
