We’re building a creative force — a team that blends storytelling, design, and AI magic to make brands unforgettable. 🚀 What You’ll Do Craft engaging Reels, Shorts, Corporate & Brand Films that drive emotion and impact. Design graphics, motion visuals, and thumbnails that strengthen brand identity. Experiment with AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Synthesia, etc.) to bring creative ideas to life. Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to execute campaigns that stand out. Manage timelines, organize assets, and maintain Butterfly D’s signature quality. 🎬 Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Hyderabad. As a Video Editor & Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for editing high-quality video content for multiple formats, performing color grading, and creating visually engaging motion graphics. Your day-to-day will include collaborating with our creative team, working on post-production workflows, and ensuring every visual aligns with the brand’s storytelling standards. 🛠 Qualifications Proficiency in video production and editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro). Experience in color grading for consistency and visual appeal. Ability to create motion graphics and design assets using Photoshop & Illustrator. Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and narrative flow. Attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling instinct. Ability to collaborate with a creative team and deliver under deadlines.
