About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Outreach a. Work with the Leads Intern to review and filter 50 qualified leads daily from curated lists. b. Add at least 20 new prospects daily into the outreach funnel. c. Ensure lead data is updated and maintained in Google Sheets/CRM. 2. Outreach & Communication a. Personalize and send cold emails, WhatsApp messages, and LinkedIn DMs to prospects. b. Conduct follow-up sequences as per the agency SOP to maximize responses. c. Schedule discovery calls and hand off warm leads to the founder or strategy team. 3. Market Research & Insights a. Research industry trends and competitors within target cohorts like Health & Wellness, Jewellery, Real Estate, Fashion, and E-commerce. b. Share insights that can help personalize pitches and improve conversion rates. 4. Reporting & Optimization a. Maintain a daily report of outreach activities, lead statuses, and meetings scheduled. b. Track KPIs like email open rates, response rates, and lead-to-call conversion rates.
