Job Description

Butcher / Kasai Responsibilities : Cutting and dressing of only Goat meat. Managing daily stock & freshness of meat. Handling customer-specific meat part orders (raan, ribs, keema, etc.) Ensuring clean and hygienic work area Assisting in packing & coordinating with delivery staff Eligibility : Minimum 1 years of experience in goat/mutton butchering or related field. Must be skilled in traditional & clean-cutting techniques Honest, hygienic, and punctual Timing: 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM and then 04:00 PM to 09:00 PM Salary: 10000 - 20,000/month Food: Provided (2 meals) Accommodation: Provided by company Bonus: Monthly performance bonus + yearly loyalty bonus Shop Helper Responsibilities : Assist the butcher in cutting, cleaning, and packing Handling customer orders and delivery bags Cleaning of shop area, tools, and freezer Receiving goats/meat from stock center Eligibility: Basic understanding of cleanliness Honest and hardworking attitude No prior experience required but in the same field will be added advantage. Timing: 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM and then 04:00 PM to 09:00 PM Salary: 9,000 12,000/month Food: Provided Stay: Provided (shared room near outlet) Bonus: Monthly + festive bonus
