Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Phlebotomist, based in Jamshedpur. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing blood collection procedures, labeling and processing samples for laboratory testing, and maintaining accurate documentation. Ensuring adherence to medical protocols and supporting patient care through professional interactions with patients and healthcare teams are key components of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Blood Collection and related techniques Familiarity with Laboratory Skills and Medical Assisting Understanding of Medical Terminology and basic knowledge of Medicine Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain hygiene standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Certification or diploma in phlebotomy or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
