Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the FinSys team at Stripe, you will be responsible for partnering with Finance team stakeholders to support features of the financial systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Anaplan. Your role will involve maintaining financial applications, automating finance processes, and collaborating with Accounting & Finance teams to support critical Month/Quarter End close activities. Key Responsibilities: - Work on Finance Systems such as Oracle Financials Cloud Applications and Anaplan - Maintain Oracle Cloud Applications by handling change management, user security, product configuration, data protection & integrity, reports management, patch upgrades, and monitoring scheduled jobs - Ensure data sync between Oracle cloud applications and support new modules or features implemented by the Project team - Create and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation related to areas of responsibility - Participate in system audits, perform testing for disaster recovery or SOX controls, and administer access to Systems within approved IT security policies - Automate manual finance processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or an Associate Degree with 6-8 years of work experience - 5+ years of experience with Oracle Financial Applications (EBusiness Suite/Fusion) as a techno functional resource - Knowledge of finance operational processes, particularly period close & audit functions - Experience in all phases of delivery lifecycle - Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Analytical skills, and strong team collaboration - Critical thinking, analysis, and a curiosity to dig deeper into requests to determine needs - Proven ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment, resolve problems, and offer impacting solutions - Able to independently manage and prioritize workload and projects Additional Company Details: The FinSys team at Stripe owns internal financial infrastructure tools that help generate financial statements, manage finance operations, and enable collaboration with the broader business. Stripes in various locations are expected to spend a certain percentage of time in their local office or with users, depending on the role, team, and location. This approach aims to balance in-person collaboration while supporting flexibility.,
