Business Systems Analyst 3

As a Business Systems Analyst within the Spares Planning function at Lam, your primary focus will be on financial reporting of E&O for the spares planning organization and accounting for worldwide spares inventory. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels - Identifying trends and forecasting demand to prevent excess buildup - Determining which parts are excess or obsolete based on factors like shelf life, market demand, and potential future use - Creating and implementing strategies to manage excess and obsolete inventory efficiently, including implementing sell-off programs, returns, or disposal processes - Developing and optimizing E&O management processes utilizing data analysis, reporting, and automation To excel in this role, you should have experience working with SAP and possess a good understanding of interfacing Excel, SAP, and external forecasting tools. Providing input to the Planning Systems Roadmap will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Engineering degree in Industrial Production/Mechanical (APICS CSCP/CPIM preferred) or an MBA - Experience in financial reporting of E&O and exposure to inventory management - 6-10 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in software such as SAP ERP and inventory management systems - Hands-on technical skills like Advanced Excel, SQL Programming, Power BI, and Power Apps - Strong understanding of inventory management principles and experience with E&O processes and strategies - Ability to analyze data and identify trends - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred qualifications include a high level of energy, a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
