About the Role:
We're looking for a certified Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team and support the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring Salesforce is reliable, efficient, and user-friendly across the organization.You'll work closely with the Business Systems Manager and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, manage data, and build automation solutions that help our business run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and helping teams get the most out of Salesforce.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Proven ability to manage support tickets and deliver timely solutions.
- Strong expertise in Flow Builder and declarative automation.
- Experience with data management, including imports, exports, and deduplication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations or middleware tools is a plus.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional reporting or analytics tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
Administration & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related support tickets, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage user setup, permissions, and security settings.
- Maintain system integrity, data quality, and adherence to governance standards.
Solution Development & Testing
- Build and maintain Flow-based and declarative automation solutions to optimize business processes.
- Test and validate enhancements or fixes before deployment.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with stakeholders and documenting results.
Data Management
- Perform data imports, updates, deduplication, and cleansing.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce objects.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support team operations.
