Business Support Intern

As an Associate Software Engineer at Dataflo, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working on a groundbreaking new product in the AI space. This product is specifically designed for enterprise customers, with a focus on assisting finance departments to simplify and streamline their operations related to finance data and documents. Your main responsibility will be to contribute to the development of this innovative SaaS solution using your expertise in Python and AI. Your daily tasks will involve supporting various departments such as admin, operations, and HR by assisting with tasks, managing documents, files, and applications, and helping with administrative duties like organizing files, data entry, and coordinating between different teams. You will also provide support to the operations team by managing tasks, following up on processes, and conducting routine checks. Additionally, you will be involved in the hiring process by screening applications and coordinating interview schedules. You should be willing to handle miscellaneous tasks as required to ensure smooth functioning across teams. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Arts and be a final year student or recent graduate. Proficiency in basic computer skills such as MS Office and email management is required. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You should demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly, take responsibility for assigned tasks, and be able to multitask and support various functions in a dynamic environment. This is a 6-month internship opportunity with a stipend provided. Based on your performance, a full-time role may be offered after the internship period.
