Business Process Snr Manager

You will be joining the Oracle Analytics data team as a detail-oriented language data operations manager in a managerial role. Your main focus will be on creating, managing, and optimizing data operations to support AI model development, which includes data procurement and annotations. Your responsibilities will include hiring and developing a team of data engineers and annotators, establishing relationships with internal data, engineering, and legal teams within the company, as well as ensuring high data quality, coverage, and timely delivery to machine learning teams downstream. To excel in this role, you must have a background in language data management, AI, linguistics, or data engineering. Practical experience in managing data operations for AI development in an industry setting is essential. Additionally, familiarity with Oracle business applications and analytics tools would be advantageous.
