1. Taking inbound calls, chiefly, payments and enquiry calls from our customers
(tenant).
2. Basic non-voice back office paper work with reference to updating claims to and
information of customers.
4. No sales targets or measures on number of calls per day or paperwork completed.
5. Main requirement is on the accuracy of the information provided to our callers
and the accuracy of paperwork completion.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good understanding of the BPO industry (outbound/inbound or both)
