Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Develop innovative process improvement strategies- Implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hotel and Lodging- Strong understanding of process optimization techniques- Experience in workflow analysis and improvement- Knowledge of business process modeling tools- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Hotel and Lodging- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
