Job Description

As a Business Process Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing new business processes to guide the implementation of technologies and meet functional requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights for measurable impact. - Serving as a subject matter expert and managing the team to make decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams. - Collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and gathering feedback to develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. - Demonstrating a strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks to align AI capabilities with business objectives responsibly and at scale. - Utilizing proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries, analytical skills, process mapping, modeling techniques, clear communication, and quality management principles. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries and hold a 15 years full-time education. This position is based in our Mumbai office.,
