Qualifications Holds a valid Real Estate License Proficient knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property market trends Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build client relationships Effective Sales skills, including negotiation and communication abilities Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets Proficiency in local languages is advantageous Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
