Business Manager (1st Line position) based at Trichur, Kerala.

Job Description : Candidate will be based at Trichur, Kerala and will be responsible for below mentioned points: 1. Candidate will manage Target, Collection, DSO for assigned territories. 2. Candidate will monitor and review annual Sales plan and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget. 3. Candidate will manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization. 4. Candidate will assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products. 5. Candidate will Build strong relationship with the customers in order to maintain good revenue growth. 6. Candidate will create harmonious working environment, train and mentor sales team and motivate all team members to perform efficiently. 7. Candidate will coordinate with marketing team to develop and implement operational plans for new product launches / Campaigns/ Doctors Meets / Conferences. 8. Candidate will attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits. Required Candidate Profile : 1. Any graduate with 10-15 years of experience out of which minimum 4-5 years of team handling experience. 2. You should have experience in People Management and leadership skills. 3. You should have experience in strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. You should have strong ability to motivate and lead a sales team, 5. You should have experience in vacant territory management, Recruitment and retention, Fostering Teamwork. 6. You should have excellent communication and negotiation abilities
