Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Info Systems, or related field.

• 3 -5 years

   in BI/Data Engineering roles involving large-scale schemas, complex queries, and ETL development.
• Expert-level SQL skills and hands-on experience optimizing performance (indexes, partitioning, query refactors).
• Proven record of successful database/data warehouse migrations—especially to AWS (Redshift, RDS, Aurora, S3).
• Strong AWS proficiency: Redshift, Glue, DMS/DataSync, S3, EC2/Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform.
• Skilled in scripting (Python, Shell, or PowerShell) to automate workflows.
• Comfortable collaborating across technical and business stakeholders, translating needs into scalable data solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with streaming frameworks (Kinesis, Kafka) or big data (Spark, Hadoop).
• Prior experience in BI/dashboard tools like Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI.
• Strong expertise in cloud cost optimization, monitoring, and security best practices
