Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards using enterprise financial and audit datasets to support business visibility and decision-making.
• Build and optimize DAX measures to ensure accurate, consistent, and analysis-ready reporting across multiple data modules.
• Design and maintain semantic models with relationships, hierarchies, and metadata for structured analysis across business domains.
• Use Power Query (M) to extract, transform, and clean data from Microsoft Fabric or Data Lake storage systems.
• Integrate Power BI with Microsoft Fabric pipelines to deliver unified and reliable enterprise reporting.
• Implement Role-based access controls (RBAC), workspace policies, and rules to maintain secure, role-based access to sensitive financial data.
• Optimize dashboard performance, validate data, and refine visuals to ensure efficiency and meet usability standards.
• Maintain documentation, lineage, and version control to support governance and audit compliance throughout the reporting lifecycle.
