Business Head - Operations

As a Business Head - Operations based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations of our Retail/Oil & Gas and Warehousing business entities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of 50 employees, and ensure smooth coordination with MNC clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing logistics, stock control, and supply chain management for the warehouse, as well as ensuring the smooth running of Retail Business operations. Additionally, you will need to monitor the financial health of both entities, lead client interactions, identify and mitigate risks, and drive profitability. To be successful in this role, you should have a background as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Civil Engineer, or hold an MBA from a reputed institution. You should have proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in the Retail/Oil & Gas and Warehousing sectors. Strong leadership, analytical, risk management, and decision-making skills are essential, along with excellent communication and coordination abilities for managing stakeholders effectively.
