As the Business Head - Retail, you will be responsible for developing and executing YUVAKAA's pan-India retail strategy, overseeing store openings, franchise partnerships, and enhancing in-store customer experiences. This role demands a seasoned retail leader with a successful track record in scaling fashion retail businesses, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include shaping and implementing a comprehensive offline retail strategy aligned with YUVAKAA's business goals, identifying strategic store locations, driving aggressive expansion through various models, and negotiating with stakeholders to secure prime retail spaces. You will also oversee retail operations, manage store performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. In addition, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the franchise strategy, onboarding suitable partners, defining business models for sustainable profitability, and providing ongoing support to maintain brand integrity and customer satisfaction. Moreover, you will focus on creating a premium shopping experience, aligning online and offline strategies, and implementing impactful marketing campaigns to drive footfall and enhance brand affinity. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in retail business leadership, particularly in the fashion industry, with a proven track record in launching and managing retail operations across multiple locations. Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and an understanding of retail analytics are essential. An MBA or advanced degree in Business, Retail Management, or Fashion Marketing is preferred.
