Business Executive/ Sales Executive

1.Sales Development

• Identify and acquire new clients including doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporate clients, and wellness partners.
• Promote diagnostic packages, lab services, preventive health checkups, or hospital services based on the organization’s offerings.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and digital outreach.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, corporate HRs, and key decision-makers.
• Act as a point of contact for client needs, concerns, and feedback.
• Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.

3. Marketing & Promotion

• Organize health camps, seminars, awareness drives, and branding events in collaboration with hospitals, corporates, and societies.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns (print, digital, and outdoor).
• Assist in the distribution of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and health plans.

4. Target Achievement

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance using tools like CRM or reporting sheets.

5. Market Intelligence

• Keep track of competitor offerings, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Share market feedback with management for strategy improvement.

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of visits, calls, leads, and deals.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
