Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Connect with prospective clients and understand their HR, payroll, and compliance requirements.
• Promote HR managed services and HRMS solutions to potential clients.
• Conduct initial discussions and coordinate product/service demonstrations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and support the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal HR, payroll, and operations teams for client onboarding.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Stay updated on HR technology, payroll, compliance, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Hindi is Mandatory.
• Freshers with a strong interest in Business Development / Sales are welcome.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, or service-based sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to make outbound calls and interact with prospective clients.
• Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of HR, payroll, or HRMS solutions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
