Role Overview

Protovec Technologies Pvt Ltd is offering a structured Business Development Trainee program for recent graduates. Trainees receive hands-on, mentored exposure to client communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with the objective of transitioning into a full-time Business Development Executive role on successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo structured training across client communication, documentation, and presentation skills under the guidance of the Business Development team
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders through written correspondence, emails, and verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Practice drafting professional business letters, proposals, and other written materials to company standards
• Assist in managing and organizing sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports
• Support the preparation of client presentations and participate in client-facing interactions under supervision
• Complete assigned learning milestones and demonstrate readiness for an executive-level BD role at the end of the training period

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
