Business Development Specialist

Earth Sky Buildcon is a design and construction management company in Faridabad. We build homes, commercial buildings and interiors across India. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist who can turn enquiries into meetings and help close construction projects.

What you will do

• Call and message new enquiries from our website, Meta ads, social media and referrals, and follow up until they are qualified

• Understand each client's plot, budget, timeline and requirements

• Explain our model and process in simple words

• Fix client meetings and site visits for the senior sales team, and join them to help close

• Share our 3D designs and itemised estimates with clients

• Reach out to plot owners, property dealers and past clients to build referrals

• Update every lead and follow-up in the CRM or Google Sheet daily

• Meet monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings and closures

• Pass client feedback to the design and marketing teams

What we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in construction, real estate, interiors, architecture or building materials

• Freshers with strong communication and a real interest in construction can also apply

• Clear communication in Hindi and English, on calls and in person

• Comfortable with cold calls, follow-ups and handling objections

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and WhatsApp business

• Honest, polite and persistent. We win clients by being clear, not by pressure

• Own two-wheeler preferred
