Role Overview: You will be responsible for end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM. Your key duties will include generating and conducting site visits of interested clients to relevant properties, managing negotiations with buyers, and ensuring deal closures. It will be essential for you to achieve a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
