Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced business development professional to drive international market expansion, develop strategic partnerships, and accelerate business growth across global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with expertise in international business development, B2B partnerships, licensing, distribution, and contract manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete business development lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiations, contract finalisation, and commercialisation.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and strategic business partners.
• Develop market expansion strategies, conduct market research, and analyse competitor pricing and product opportunities.
• Identify potential licensing, distribution, and contract manufacturing partnerships.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs, supply chain, legal, finance, and quality teams to facilitate business development activities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
• Monitor business development pipeline performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and new product commercialisation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in international business development within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in international market expansion and strategic partnership development.
• Strong understanding of B2B business models, licensing, distribution, and contract manufacturing (CDMO/CMO).
• Experience managing international client relationships and commercial negotiations.
• Strong market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business planning skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and develop new business opportunities.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
