Business Development Officer (BDO)

We are looking for a goal-oriented Assistant Sales Officer to strengthen our sales team and drive revenue through direct field sales activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from the local market
• Conduct client meetings and explain product benefits
• Close sales and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain strong follow-ups and customer relationships
• Complete documentation and ensure process compliance
• Coordinate with branch for smooth operations

Candidate Profile:

• Graduation Mandatory
• 1–2 years of experience in sales/marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
