We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FEMALE Business Development Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound calls, convert leads into meetings, schedule meetings with clients on google meet/ in-person, send business proposals via email, and maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Handle Inbound Calls: Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, answer their inquiries, and provide information about our services. Convert Leads into Sales: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert incoming leads into sales opportunities. Schedule Meetings: Coordinate with the Director to schedule meetings with potential clients. Ensure that meetings are effectively planned and aligned with the company's objectives. Send Business Proposals: Prepare and send professional business proposals to clients via email. Customize proposals according to the client's needs and ensure timely follow-up. Follow-Up with Clients: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer queries, and address concerns. Follow up on proposals and sales leads to expedite the sales process.
