Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and technology-oriented professional to drive SCADA business development and project execution across railway and other industrial customers. The role involves identifying opportunities for SCADA systems and panels, monitoring and control solutions, and next-generation automation technologies, while managing projects from initial customer discussions till execution and delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, business development and project coordination skills, a keen eye for emerging technologies, and the ability to build customer relationships, take initiative and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop SCADA and automation business opportunities across Indian Railways, and other industrial customers.
• Meet customers, understand their technical requirements and propose suitable SCADA panels, monitoring systems and automation solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, production and commissioning teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, customer requirements and progress to ensure quality and timely completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi will be an added advantage)
