We at InnoApps Technologies are looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager with a proven track record in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. JOB TITLE Business Development Manager REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. A minimum of 4 years of proven success in B2B sales within the IT industry, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in international markets (especially US, UK, or Middle East) is highly desirable. The candidate should be proficient in bidding and managing front-end sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. The candidate must have experience in bidding on freelancer portals such as Upwork and Freelancer. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite. Good listening and documenting skills. Solid understanding of IT products/services and their application to business needs. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail. Good team player ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups. Generate leads through multiple channels networking, cold outreach, inbound leads, and industry events. Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demos to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies and campaigns. Track and report key metrics such as pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
