Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets through Bancassurance partnerships. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders at bank branches. Conduct regular meetings with branch managers to understand their needs and provide solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing) to develop joint initiatives and campaigns. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in Bancassurance or related field. Strong understanding of bancassurance products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
