About the Role

We are looking for a proactive business development professional to identify potential clients, connect with business founders and generate sales opportunities for our talent, virtual assistant, accounting and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify potential clients, including D2C brands, e-commerce businesses, retail companies and advertising agencies.

· Research founders, business owners and relevant decision-makers using LinkedIn and other platforms.

· Identify business needs related to recruitment, staffing support, virtual assistants, bookkeeping and accounting services.

· Conduct personalised outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and other relevant channels.

· Qualify prospects, schedule meetings and follow up on sales opportunities.

· Coordinate with the founders on proposals, commercials and deal closure.

· Maintain prospect data, outreach activity and pipeline updates.

Requirements

· Good communication, research and relationship-building skills.

· Interest in B2B sales, business development and client acquisition.

· Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach and prospect research.

· Self-driven, organised and consistent with follow-ups.

· Prior B2B sales or lead generation experience is an advantage; motivated freshers may also apply.
