About the Role

This is an entry-level business development opportunity for someone interested in B2B sales, lead generation and client acquisition.

You will work directly with the founder to identify potential customers, reach decision-makers, generate interest in our services and schedule discovery calls with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, primarily in the US and UK markets.
• Identify relevant businesses, founders, business owners and operations decision-makers.
• Generate and maintain qualified prospect lists using LinkedIn and other available resources.
• Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn messages, cold emails and phone calls.
• Personalize outreach messages and execute consistent follow-up activities.
• Understand prospects' requirements and identify opportunities for Virtual Assistance services.
• Schedule discovery calls and coordinate discussions between prospects and the founder.
• Maintain accurate lead records, outreach status and follow-up schedules in spreadsheets or the designated CRM.
• Track outreach performance, responses, meetings and business opportunities.
• Share market feedback and suggest ways to improve outreach and conversion.

Who Should Apply?
