Role Overview

Yatzon is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support business growth, identify potential clients, generate leads, and build strong professional relationships. The candidate will also represent Yatzon across professional and digital channels, helping strengthen the company's brand presence, communicate its services, and engage with potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, target industries, and new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Reach out to prospective clients and introduce Yatzon's services and solutions.
• Represent Yatzon professionally across LinkedIn and other relevant social media and professional platforms.
• Support the company's digital presence by sharing business updates, service offerings, company achievements, and relevant industry insights.
• Engage with potential clients and business communities across digital platforms to build brand awareness and professional relationships.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, manage follow-ups, and nurture prospective client relationships.
• Assist in converting leads into qualified business opportunities and new clients.
• Maintain lead databases and track client interactions, outreach activities, and follow-ups.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential target industries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate client requirements and support business development activities.
• Assist in achieving business development, lead generation, and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with potential clients and representing the company professionally.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Interest in sales, business development, digital networking, and client acquisition.
• Good research, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain consistent follow-ups, and work collaboratively.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online brand communication is an advantage.
