Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate potential business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Prospect Management: Research potential clients and maintain an organized database of prospects.
• Sales Coordination: Support the sales team with client follow-ups, communication, and coordination.
• Client Communication: Schedule meetings, maintain regular communication with prospects, and assist in building business relationships.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Reports & Presentations: Prepare sales reports, presentations, and client-related documents.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Sales Targets: Assist the team in working toward weekly and monthly sales targets.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development.
• Confidence in communicating with clients and managing follow-ups.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
