🧩 Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead Generation – Identify and connect with potential sellers from various markets and regions. β€’ Seller Acquisition – Pitch eCommerce platform benefits and convert leads into active sellers. β€’ Supplier Sourcing – Spot unique products and local sellers with growth potential. β€’ Seller Onboarding – Assist sellers with account creation, documentation, and profile setup on platforms like Amazon, JioMart, etc. β€’ Client Relationship Management – Provide continuous support, resolve queries, and ensure seller satisfaction. β€’ Market Research & Idea Development – Share creative ideas to promote small sellers and local products across digital marketplaces. βœ… Requirements: β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, etc.) β€’ Ability to explain technical details in a simple way β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving attitude β€’ Self-motivated and target-oriented
